Mission
Onward Bound specializes in proactive prevention and intervention of crises brought on by chronic unemployment. Our mission is to bring hope and encouragement particularly to ex-offenders and those who feel hopeless, locked in perpetual poverty. They will gain job interview skills and learn an inside track to a possible rewarding career. We are non- profit. We are on the frontlines.
The goal and the way of Onward Bound is to help the above individuals toward fun and fulfillment in the world of industrial manufacturing. Fun we say? Very possible, by gaining curiosity and fascination in the field through our 4 hour Gateway to Manufacturing courses. Our team will visit and administer the coursework on sight at the agencies or transition facilities where the students reside.
